It accompanies the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as Agenda 2030 with its sustainability goals, in terms of content and expertise. The journal offers a cross-border exchange of information and aims to contribute to the further development of the professional discussion on social and development policy, intercultural and educational issues related to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the Global South. Each issue is dedicated to a main topic, which is supplemented by individual contributions and an up-to-date information section.
While special issues address specific facets of the thematic field, for which a call for papers is being published in advance, interested authors can also submit abstracts on their own initiative.
