Important: Confirm order!
After submitting the order form, you will promptly, but not automatically, receive an e-mail with an offer, which must then be confirmed by you in order to complete the order. It is very important that your e-mail address is correct. Please understand that processing may take one or two days. This depends on our office capacity.
Delivery address
Your order can be shipped to any address worldwide. Please note that shipping costs vary and are paid by the customer. Invoice and delivery address may differ.
We archive a paper copy of the invoice, viewable only by bezev. Your address data will not be stored online.
If you just have ordered a PDF, you will receive it in an Email as well as the invoice.
Invoice
The invoice is enclosed with the shipment. The amount due must be paid within 14 days by bank transfer. This also counts for obtaining a PDF.
Returns
If you do not like the goods or if they do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days from the day of delivery (except digital products). The goods must be intact. The customer bears the shipping costs of returns.
