Goal 14

Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development

By 2025, all forms of marine pollution should be prevented and significantly reduced.

Marine and coastal ecosystems are to be sustainably managed and protected and ocean acidification reduced to a minimum. By 2020, fishing activities are to be effectively regulated so that overfishing of the oceans is ended. People with impairments/disabilities can also contribute through their behaviour to reducing the use of e.g. plastic bags or make a contribution against overfishing by buying fish from sustainable production.
